Refund policy

We stand behind the reliability of our delivery process. Because of the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the rare case that an order is not received within 48 hours of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To qualify, you must notify us at info@mm2marts.com within 3 days of placing your order if your item has not been delivered.

  • If your claim is approved, we will either resend the item or issue a refund minus a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all return/refund requests.


Unclaimed or Unresponsive Orders

If we contact you regarding your order (e.g., pickup, claim verification, or delivery confirmation) and you do not respond, we will hold your items until we receive further instructions from you.

However, if we request verification for your order and you do not respond by the end of the day, we will automatically issue a refund minus a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee for the inconvenience and processing costs your unresponsiveness has caused.

You may reach out at any time to cancel and request a refund, as long as the items have not been delivered or picked up.

This ensures your items remain reserved for you unless you explicitly inform us that you no longer wish to receive them, while allowing us to process unresponsive orders efficiently.


Damages and Issues

If you believe there was an error with your order (such as not receiving the correct item), please contact us immediately at info@mm2marts.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Final Sale Items

All products are considered final sale unless they qualify under the 48-hour non-delivery policy above.


Refunds

If your return request is approved due to non-delivery, we will issue a refund minus a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
